A SELF-CONFESSED “hot hairy girl” has opened up on the reason that she waxes her own face.
And she revealed that not only does she get the exact same results as if she were to get it done professionally, but she also saves a fortune too.

TikTok user Tulsi explained that she had tried everything in the past to keep the fuzz at bay.
Tulsi, who describes herself as “tiny but mighty”, said: “I’m an indian, hairy girl which means I have tried every possible method of hair removal.
“And let me tell you, that gets expensive!! So here’s my fool-proof facial hair removal method!”
Tulsi then filmed herself waxing her face and gave a tutorial on how to do it, before uploading it to her social media profile @tiny.tulsi and captioning it: “Part 1 of Hot Girl Beauty Habits at home.”

She began the video by saying: “All the hot girl habits you should be doing and not paying for.”
Tulsi then said that she’s always been hairy and therefore has to remove her facial hair – including her moustache and in between and above her eyebrows – every three weeks.
She continued: “I shave my face about every week to every other week, but waxing has been the only thing that does not disrupt my skin but actually keeps away unwanted hairs.
“And I taught myself how to do it – it’s extremely simple.”
Tulsi then shared how she’d bought a home waxing kit from Amazon for around £24 and then spent another £15 on sticks and muslin cloth , totalling about £40.
She continued to her 15.9k followers: “[But] that’s going to last you at least a year or two years, so you’re not paying for that outside.”
She then admitted that while she’s perfected the routine, it’s “scarier than it looks.”
The social media user then went into how she gets the job done.
She said: “All you do is put the wax on in the direction of the hair, and then you want to rub, rub, rub that muslin to make sure it’s fully gripping all the hair – and then rip away.”

And while many of her followers may have flinched watching the process, she said that it was the only way to keep her “caterpillar” eyebrows in shape.
She continued: “So I wax everything that’s really harsh, dark hair around my eyebrows, my upper lip, my lower lip – because yes a man did comment on it – and my chin and my forehead.”
Tulsi then said that she avoids her cheeks as they are the most sensitive part of her skin.
Instead, she applies a toner to calm the skin, applies a Nuxe facial oil and then grabs a facial razor to remove the hair off of her cheeks.

The result? Tulsi concluded: “It keeps your skin glowing, you have the perfect base for make-up.”
