A 48-YEAR-OLD woman has shared her secret to the fountain of youth.
She said her tips for a glowing complexion have nothing to do with expensive skincare like Botox.

Wendy (@wessie7582) filmed herself discussing her anti-aging advice in a video on TikTok.
“I’m almost 49. I don’t do Botox, I don’t do fillers, none of that at all.
“I have relied thus far on good skincare, good skincare ingredients, and a healthy lifestyle and diet.
“So if you’re using all of the ingredients we talk about to boost collagen and have younger looking skin, and you still are saying, well, I feel like I need more. OK, take a look at your diet.
“What does your diet look like? If you have things in your diet like fried food, fast food, alcohol, excess sugar, soda, things like that, processed foods, you need to really change your diet.
“Start getting rid of these one by one and adding collagen-boosting superfoods to your diet and you’ll see a big change.
“You’ll get over that hurdle that you’re wanting to get over. And these are things that are going to boost collagen in the skin.
“So you want things that have a lot of vitamin C, a lot of antioxidants, omega-3s, lot of protein,” she said.

She listed off some foods that she claimed helped her on her skincare journey.
“Salmon is fantastic for your skin with the omega-3s, so good for your skin.
“So salmon, at least on a weekly basis, added in your fruits and veggies have lots of antioxidants.
“So look for ones that are like deeper, more vibrant in color.These have more antioxidant properties.
“So these are things like kale and spinach and blueberries and blackberries and strawberries.
“All of these are going to have lots of antioxidants, which are going to do great things for your skin. Vitamin C, obviously. Citrus fruits,” she said.
