A WOMAN has shared an update after her cat-loving brother dealing with depression went viral on social media – and the story has a heartwarming ending.
A few weeks ago, TikTok user Lily shared a clip on social media where she acted as a wingman to her sibling.

In the video, which soon went viral, the Aussie wondered if there were any candidates who’d be interested in dating her brother.
”He adopted a ten-year-old cat and named it Tofu. He bakes cookies and has crippling depression,” adding that the Romeo was 6’4ft in height and had a ”fun sister”.
The clip racked up more than a whopping 2million views and fellow singletons raced to comments, where ”girlies were going absolutely feral”.
Keen to meet the lovely bloke, some even went as far as tracking him down online – by finding Lily’s Instagram, going through her following and finding her brother’s profile before sliding into his DMs [Direct Messages].
Suddenly, just three weeks later after sharing the video on TikTok, her brother booked a flight to Alaska, the USA – and that’s not all.
According to Lily, her sibling ended up marrying one of the thousands of fans, sharing adorable photos of them together in the wild.
”Could never be meeee but bless that man [sic],” Lily was happy in the comments.
The update soon took the internet by storm, as social media users couldn’t get over the crazy story.
One person was totally baffled: ”I have so many questions. Did he look through all the dms like a pamphlet and pick one out??
”Does he thank you? How is tofu adjusting??”
Another wrote: ”This is one of the very rare times that someone said “I have the best story” and did.”
”girl got her man ,respect,” a third chimed in.
”What a whirlwind love story,” a TikTok fanatic said.
”I’m happy for them fr but 3 weeks? Not sure about that but I’m wishing them all the best,” a person added.
