RAPPER Soulja Boy is facing new allegations of sexual battery and domestic abuse from a woman said to have been in a relationship with him.
The woman, known only as “Jane Doe,” claims to have had a long-term romantic relationship and the rapper is accused of sexually and physically abusing her during that time.

Doe filed a new civil lawsuit Tuesday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, according to documents obtained by Fox News.
The papers claim the musician, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, 30, “threatened her life and engaged in other forms of domestic violence during and after they lived together.”
On one occasion, Doe claims the abuse was so bad she miscarried and “sustained permanent damage to her reproductive organs.”
Doe also alleges that sex was often non-consensual and if she refused, Way would resort to physical acts of violence, it’s claimed.
On another occasion Doe says Way pointed a gun at when she talked about him being unfaithful.
The woman also says she and her daughter would allegedly see many other women enter and leave the home they shared.
When she raised her concerns, Way is said to have thrown her out.
“Our client is fortunate she was able to escape Way’s reign of terror and domestic abuse,” her lawyer Neama Rahmani, president of West Coast Trial Lawyers, said in a statement seen by Fox News.
“Still, she struggles to rebuild her life as she deals with the stress, fear and humiliation she continues to suffer from the years she remained Way’s emotional and mental captive.
“She worries about her daughter’s security and safety and about her ability to re-establish her career.
“How many women’s lives will Way ravage before he is held accountable? We plan for it to end here,” the statement concluded.
Soulja Boy is said to have a lengthy criminal record, according to reports, and has been arrested more than once for possessing a firearm.
In January 2021 a co-worker of the rapper accused him raping her and beating her “so hard she thought she was going to die”, according to a lawsuit.
The woman accused Soulja Boy of multiple instances of sexual assault, holding her hostage, subjecting her to a hostile work environment and failing to pay her wages.
At the time, Soulja Boy’s representative dismissed the allegations as “nonsense”.
The rep told TMZ: “Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn’t beat a woman or put his hands on a woman … this is nonsense.”
Soulja Boy was arrested in 2019 for breaching probation after police found ammunition at his home.
His arrest came after cops executed a search warrant at his home following allegations from a woman who claimed he had held her hostage in his garage.
Soulja Boy first found fame in 2007 with Crank That (Soulja Boy) and his debut album Souljaboytellem.com debuted at number four on the US Billboard200 and eventually went platinum.
The US Sun has contacted a representative for Soulja Boy for comment.
