WE’VE all had a nasty blackhead that’s made us squirm if we’ve popped it – but Dr Pimple Popper has struck again, pulling a giant hair out along with the puss.
In a new Instagram video Dr Pimple Popper, aka, Dr Sandra Lee removed the offending spot with ease.

The Queen of blackheads once again used her most trusted tool, the comedone extractor to get rid of the spot.
As always, she pushes down on the area until the gunk starts to ooze out of the patient’s face.
But as the gunk starts to come out, eagle-eyed fans also noticed an extra long hair.
One user joked that the man “must not have a girlfriend”, as she loved “going after” spots like that.
Another commented: “I need that long hair that came out with the blackhead being pulled too.”
Others said watching the video was satisfying and compared the gunk to a “little shrimp”.
The video has received over 18,000 likes.

In a separate video, Dr Sandra explained what a blackhead is.
She said: “Blackheads are called open comedones. When a clogged pore remains open (as opposed to a closed comedone, like a whitehead) the dead skin cells, bacteria, and sebum (oil) are exposed to the air.
“This mixture contains melanin, which turns black when it oxidizes, causing it to form what is known as a blackhead, or open comedo (singular for comedone).
“To banish blackheads, it’s important to incorporate an exfoliant into your routine, like Salicylic Acid, which is really going to work to unclog pores and keep breakouts at bay!”
Dr Firas Al-Niaimi, expert dermatologist at sk:n explained how blackheads are different to white heads.
He said: “Blackheads are small black or yellow bumps that develop on the surface of the skin.
“Contrary to what many people think, these aren’t filled with dirt, but are black because the inner lining of the hair follicle has produced this colour.”
He explained that these are different to white heads that can have a similar appearance to blackheads but instead may be firmer and will not empty if squeezed.
Dr Sandra previously burst a huge ‘tick’ blackhead from patient’s ear and in another video she removed a blackhead from a man’s ear – joking that he had lost weight after the extraction.
