MARK Wright has revealed that his £3.5m Essex mansion is just weeks from being finished – and has named his ‘favourite part’ of his luxury home.
The TV presenter and his wife Michelle Keegan, both 36, have been renovating the property since they bought it back in 2020.

Mark, who recently teamed up with California Almonds on their latest gut campaign, has loved updating fans with the progress on Instagram.
Now the star has confessed that the final wait is nearly over and there is just one thing to go before it’s all complete.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about his epic pad, Mark said: “Just the garden is still getting done, we’re only a few weeks off from finishing that.”
When asked what is left to do, he added: “The swimming pool, seeding, the planting, just stuff like that, making it look how we want it finished.”
And Mark struggles to pick one part of the house that is his favourite – but there are two rooms in particular that stand out to him.
“I love that I’ve got a gym at home, that’s a nice feeling,” he said.
“But I like it all. I like the balance, I like the bar as well!”
As well as posting about his home transformation, Mark loves to keep hit and eat healthy.
The telly favourite has “always loved” exercise and has always been active because of his football background.
However when he retired as a footballer, he struggled to keep fit, but was soon able to find his feet again.
Mark explained: “I used to play football professionally, so I had to keep fit, when I retired I found it really difficult not having that kind of structure to my life and the thing that I had to keep fit, basically because it was my life and my job.
“So when I did retire, I struggled with that. I wanted it back to how I was feeling how I did.
“It took a long time to work out how to do that myself.
“I worked out my plan on how I was going to do it, how I was going to keep fit, and now since then I just know I could never go back having that year I had – feeling out of shape, feeling sluggish, for me, mentally and physically i just feel like a different person.
“I’ve been on holiday for like 11 days now and I’m back now and I’m just completely out of routine.
“I’ve been eating bad food, not going to the gym, I’ve been sleeping worse, mentally I’ve not been feeling as good. I can’t wait to get back on track.”
One thing that goes hand-in-hand with a health lifestyle is diet – and Mark wants to raise awareness about how important it is to after our gut health.
California Almond’s new consumer research has highlighted that Brits don’t realise that stomach issues could indicate health issues, or even how to look after their gut at all.
One food that people can eat to help that is almonds.
Mark said: “Our gut health is crucial to our well-being, so it’s important we look after it and keep an eye out for any sign it’s not as healthy as it could be.
“Looking after my body and health is always front of mind for me whether that be through my diet, exercise, or sleep, all of which help me feel good day-to-day and support my gut health.
“Diet in particular though is one of the easiest ways we can look after our guts and avoid digestive issues.
“I love whole foods like almonds – they are great on-the-go and tick so many nutritional boxes with fibre, good fats and polyphenols, all of which are thought to support gut health.
“Such an easy way to up your nutrients intake and support your health.”
