A resurrection of clips from Airline on TikTok have seen mum-of-three Jane earn a fresh set of younger fans gripped on her sassy customer service at London Luton Airport.
Now, those admirers are demanding Jane Boulton merchandise to wear some of the wittiest quotes she uttered to late holidaymakers and people who missed their flights.
These include, “poor time management on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine”, “it is easy if you get here on time” and “it’s an aeroplane, not a bus, you see?”.
She has finally broken her silence on social media and revealed she is looking into getting merchandise made.

Trouble-shooter Jane worked as Operations Manager on the ground at EasyJet’s check-in desk, dealing with angry – and sometimes stupid – customers on a daily basis.
One video recirculating of Jane can see her walking away from a customer and muttering “t****r” under her breath.
“I’m overwhelmed with the fact that my face is everywhere again,” she said in response to the circulating clips on social media.
“25 years on, I hasten to add, since Airline was first aired.
“I’m really happy.”
Since the show finished, she is now married – and goes by Mrs Lee – with three daughters who find her second rise in popularity hilarious.
“People have been asking me lots of questions about keyrings and things,” Jane said.
“I’m looking into that and obviously if I’m going to do anything, it’ll come from me, no-one else.
“I’ll keep you informed on that.”
After working at Luton, Jane moved to Heathrow, then Belfast and then Gatwick, before quitting the industry in 2014.
She cited “being away from her little girls way too much” as her reason for leaving the travel biz.
As of 2023, she runs her own business called Party Paradise UK, which provides entertainment and cake for kids’ parties.
