AN anti-aging expert has revealed how she erased her 11 lines without Botox.
Her cure lengthens the muscles that are stuck on your forehead and the influencer joked that it was what the lord knew she needed.

TikToker Chrissy Briel (@chrissybriel) created a video about her non-invasive treatment of forehead wrinkles, also known as 11 lines.
“Three ways to address our 11 lines,” she said at the beginning of the video. “Lord knows I need it first.”
Chrissy promoted a Chinese medicine method called gua sha, where a flat pebble — sometimes made of jade — is used to smooth skin, per Byrdie.
The TikToker said the reason people get fine lines on their foreheads is because the muscles are “being contracted so much.”
“They are being stuck in that shortened position,” she said.
The theory behind gua sha is that the pebble lengthens the muscles.
Chrissy did both sides of her forehead, and said it was both “fun” and “definitely painful.”
“We are using a lot of pressure,” she said. “It’s like you’re trying to ring out those muscles.”

At the end of the video, Chrissy’s forehead was a little red.
There’s a science to back up Chrissy’s preferred anti-aging technique.
A study from 2007 found that gua sha can stimulate circulation in the areas where it is used, according to the National Library of Medicine.
“Gua sha increases microcirculation local to a treated area,” the study determined.
They discovered an additional benefit of gua sha: pain relief.
“There is an unidentified pain-relieving biomechanism associated with gua sha,” they added.
