A BEAUTY fan has shared two techniques that helped with her the sagging skin on her neck.
She explained that although they weren’t quick fixes, they worked to fix her turkey gobbler over time.

Redditor Antiaging-Beauty revealed the anti-aging beauty tips while commenting on a post.
She explained that after incorporating face massaging and regular exercise into her routine, she noticed a huge difference.
She felt that the results of the two lifestyle changes spoke for themselves.
“I am living proof,” she said.
“It won’t happen overnight, and it won’t be as dramatic as a facelift or other surgical procedures, but you will see a lift and firmer contours.”
The key, however, is consistency and determination.
“You have to do them consistently, every week. Once I started to see results, I had no problem sticking to a routine,” she said.
To track young progress, the Redditor recommended taking photos before and after you begin your treatments.

“I took pictures of my face and my neck about every four weeks when starting exercises so I could document the changes,” she said.
“If I didn’t, I probably wouldn’t have continued because you can’t see the small, subtle changes taking place.
“Those changes kept me motivated.
“The only time I would think that face exercises and massages wouldn’t be helpful is if you have significant sagging or really damaged skin (too much sun, smoking, etc..).”
Others seconded the benefits of a proper workout.

“A good workout, even yoga, helps,” she said.
Other changes she made included adding tretinoin to her skincare routine, which reduced the appearance of her fine lines.
“A good workout routine with cardio and weights can improve your skin overall due to increasing circulation and muscle strength,” added one commenter.
They explained that not only will exercise boost your cardiovascular health but your collagen production as well.
“Your body will adjust and recomposition to a degree, but hey, you’re still in your 50s (so am I), and this is the decade we see the loss of collagen,” they said.
“Stimulating your body helps stimulate collagen.”
