A Safe

Safes are not available on every cruise or in every cabin, so if possible, it is recommended that you bring one of your own. Motion Sickness Prevention

Cold Hard Cash

While you are probably used to swiping or inserting your card to make purchases on a day-to-day basis, you will not be able to do that on a cruise. Cash is essential if you want to purchase anything on the cruise ship itself or if you make port somewhere that does not accept cards. Do yourself a favor by bringing enough cash for the entire trip so you can buy souvenirs instead of scrambling around trying to find an ATM.
