In the clip, the brunette beauty shared how her hair had lots of bald patches with no sign of hair growth.
But now, there’s not a single patch of skin showing as her hair has grown inches.
She revealed her hair transformed in just six weeks, and how she did it.
Parveen’s top tip was totally free, and she recommended that for anyone suffering with hair loss, that they should look to reduce stress in their life.
According to Mayo Clininc significant stress pushes large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase.
Within a few months, affected hairs might fall out suddenly when simply combing or washing your hair.
For Parveen, she found meditation was the best way to help de-stress.
You can meditate pretty much anywhere and for free, plus, there are lot’s of guided meditation courses on YouTube.
Not only did this help Parveen de-stress, it also allowed her to detach from her hair loss and love herself no matter how she looked.
To begin to stimulate hair growth, Parveen recommends a derma-roller.
This is a small device with micro needles which enhances blood circulation to promote new growth,
Once she noticed the hair growing back, she stopped using the derma roller and began focusing on using hair oil.
She recommended the Thaari pure natural hair oil which costs £22 and is available on their website.
The oil is filled with all natural ingredients such as coconut oil, caster oil, amla oil, almond oil and rosemary oil and is something Parveen created to help with her own hair loss.
She added: “I also recommend if you have hair loss, after oiling your scalp, don’t put it in a hair bubble, just let it be.”
“Always ensure that you’re changing your pillowcases.”
The clip posted to her TikTok account @parvsahota5 has since gone viral with over 9,000 likes.
People were quick to ask for more tips and congratulate Parveen on her hair growth journey.
One person wrote: “How long shall I keep my oil in my hair and wash it???”

Meanwhile a fourth said: “You’re very strong. Great advice! It’s heartbreaking to go through.”
