Dier, 28, said to Krul after he made a good save from a Son Heung-min shot: “What’s Salah giving you?”

This was in reference to Son competing with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah on the last day of the season for the Premier League golden boot award given to the league’s highest scorer.
Krul, 34, made an outstanding save to deny Son from point blank range after Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane had put Spurs in control of the game.
The tongue-in-cheek remark was made prior to the South Korean star eventually netting two goals in the second half of Spurs 0-5 win over the Canaries.
The strikes took Son’s goal tally to 23 for the league season, but Salah also netted on the final day as his side beat Wolves 3-1.
As a result the golden boot is shared between Son and Salah.
But notably none of the Spurs No.7’s goals were penalties meanwhile five of Salah’s were.
Son, 29, helped fire Tottenham to a 4th place finish in the league earning Champions League qualification for next season.
His clinical edge and partnership with Kane helped the club clinch their highest league finish since 2018/19.
They also registered their highest points total since Mauricio Pochettino guided them to 3rd position back in 2017/18.
And the club look set to spend big this summer with the likes of Pau Torres and Gabriel Jesus linked with moves to Antonio Conte’s side.
It was announced yesterday that the Italian could splash the cash after a £150million capital injection from the owners.
