ARSENAL have reportedly been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Fabian Ruiz with the Napoli midfielder having NO interest in an Emirates switch.
The Gunners have been linked with a summer swoop to sign the Spain international as a potential replacement for Granit Xhaka.

Ruiz, 25, is tied down in Naples until 2023, and it is understood he is unwilling to extend his stay at the Stadio San Paolo.
This has led the North London giants to believe they have a chance of nabbing him, with the club prepared to double his wages.
It was even stated last month how Mikel Arteta’s side held talks with with Ruiz’s representatives over a potential transfer.
But according to Italian journalist Raffaele Auriemma, Ruiz isn’t keen on joining Arsenal as he waits for other offers.
Speaking on the Club Napoli Night on TV channel Teleclub Italia via Area Napoli, he said: “I believe that Fabian Ruiz will leave Napoli at the end of the season.
“There’s been a proposal from Arsenal.
“But I understand that the player doesn’t want to join the Gunners.
“The midfielder is waiting for other offers, be they from Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid.”
Along with Arsenal, it has been rumoured that the likes of Manchester United and Newcastle are keen on the ex-Real Betis ace.
Eddie Howe’s club had a £33million bid rejected for Ruiz in the January transfer window.
Ruiz has enjoyed a fine season for Napoli this season having chipped in with six goals and four assists in 28 games in all competitions.
