Germany international Leno was ousted by Aaron Ramsdale as the club’s No1 choice between the sticks last season after just three Premier League games.
And he is now not even Arsenal’s back-up shot-stopper following the arrival of American ace Matt Turner.
With his World Cup spot in jeopardy, Leno, who is with Arsenal on their pre-season tour of America, is keen to depart to boost his chances of being selected.
Fulham are known to be interested in the ex-Bayer Leverkusen star with boss Marco Silva a huge admirer.

Leno’s agent confirmed last month that Fulham were “trying hard” to wrap up a deal for him.
SunSport recently stated how the Cottagers’ move for Leno was in danger of collapsing with Arsenal demanding too much money.
And according to CBS Sports, Fulham have been knocked back with a £10m offer.
The report has claimed that the Gunners are holding out for a fee in the region of £15m.

Leno and Fulham have agreed personal terms on a three-year deal at Craven Cottage.
It has been said that he is frustrated by how talks between the two clubs have stalled.
But despite negotiations being at an impasse, the potential transfer is still expected to go through.
Fulham want to wrap up the deal as quickly as possible to have him ready in time for the Premier League opener against Liverpool on August 6.
