A dad in the US allegedly killed his daughter’s boyfriend after discovering he had sold her to a sex-trafficking ring.
John Eisenman, 60, has been charged with first-degree murder after Aaron Sorenson, 19, was found stabbed to death in the boot of an abandoned car in Spokane, Washington.
Eisenman was arrested on Friday and has since told police he killed Sorenson because of what he did to his underage daughter, The Spokesman-Review claims.
The dad is said to have found out his daughter had been sold to a sex trafficking ring in Seattle for $1,000 (£734) in October last year.
He was able to rescue her and bring her home safely but allegedly took revenge on Sorenson a month later.
Eisenman is accused of kidnapping Sorenson, tying him up and forcing him into the boot of a 1991 green Honda Accord.
A statement from police reads: ‘Eisenman subsequently assaulted the victim by hitting him in the head with a cinder block and then stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death’.
The dad then drove the car to a remote area in North Spokane County and abandoned it with the body still inside, it’s claimed.
It’s believed another person who didn’t know about the body in the boot drove the car to Spokane.
Sorenson’s rotting corpse was discovered when locals noticed a foul odour coming from the Honda Accord and began rummaging around inside.

His ankles and hands were reportedly tied up and his mouth was taped shut, according to court documents.
Officers traced the car back to its registered owner, Eisenman’s fiancé, and were then told by Eisenman the car had been stolen.
But a few days later, a neighbour called Crime Check claiming Eisenman had confessed to killing somebody and hiding the body in the boot of the vehicle.
The father, who has no criminal history, is being held on a $1 million (£735,000) bond at Spokane County Jail.
Sorenson had ‘no significant adult criminal history’ in Washington State, police said.
