LISA Armstrong has agreed she’s done an ‘amazing’ thing for her neighbours – by giving away ex Ant McPartlin’s old belongings.
The make-up artist left his unwanted stuff on the street for anyone to take yesterday after having a huge clear out.
And the make-up expert has insisted that she has done locals a favour by putting out the items.
She replied to a fan on Twitter who commented:” Lisa has done an amazing thing and helping locals with some great free gifts that she no longer needs!”
To which Lisa replied: “Exactly!!!”
The pile of junk included Ant’s old bathrobe and a pile of board games, including adult lie detector quiz Saint or Sinner.
Books the BGT host left in the marital split included Piers Morgan’s The Insider and Craig Revel Horwood’s Tales from the Dance Floor.
Also up for grabs was a bowl used by their beloved labrador, Hurley, as well as a Banksy artwork calendar.
However his Newcastle United shirts went in the skip along with a “Team Ant” foam hand from Saturday Night Takeaway.
A source said Strictly make-up artist Lisa was leaving the West London house and wanted a “big clear out”.
They went on: “The TV presenter had already sifted through what he wanted to keep and had gophers collect them in recent weeks.
The former married couple married in 2006, before they divorced in 2018.
Lisa and Ant met at a pop concert at Newcastle City Hall in 1994, when she was performing with Deuce and he was performing with his best pal Declan Donnelly in their band PJ & Duncan.
After ditching her pop career, Lisa now makes a living as a make-up artist.
Ant, 44, was seen out at the weekend with girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett, 43.
Lisa has also found love with electrician James Green, 38.
In 2017 the I’m A Celebrity host went to rehab for drink and prescription drug addiction.
Piers Morgan pipped in that he was “hurt” as pal Lisa threw his book out onto the street with ex Ant’s belongings.
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 55, was left astonished after The Sun revealed the make-up artist included his 2005 book The Insider among the things cleared out of her home.
“And I thought we were friends. I really did. I was quite friendly with Ant.
“Terrible scenes in The Sun, ‘ex clears out star’s stuff. Ant McPartlin ex-wife left his unwanted stuff on the street for folk to take.’ Apparently this is stuff that Ant himself didn’t want back.
“These are the unwanted items that neither of them ever wanted to see again. There were things you’d expect, like Craig Revel Horwood’s Tales From the Dancefloor. Wholly understandable.”
