A BLOKE has shared his intense cleaning schedule which includes mowing the lawn twice a week – and people claim they’re tired just from reading it.
Most of us probably ramped up our cleaning efforts over lockdown due to boredom, but one man has gone all out with his list.
He shared his weekly schedule on Facebook as he asked for tips on how to improve it, but people pointed out they don’t do even half of his chores.
The bloke shared his tiresome list to Facebook group Cleaning Tips & Tricks, where he captioned it ‘weekly home cleaning schedule’.
He said: “Trying to get a better handle on my weekly cleaning schedule.
“Can you share yours so that I’m able to possibly make a more efficient list / add tasks that I have forgotten?”
The tight schedule includes polishing all the woodwork, dusting, changing the bedsheets and hoovering – as well as mowing the lawn twice a week.
And he also washes the robot vacuum – the Roomba – three times a week, and gives his skirting boards, handles and doors a wipe once a month, while he cleans the fridge and behind the sofa every fortnight.
Commenting on the exhaustive schedule, people questioned how the bloke had time for a social life, or if he worked.
Replying, he confirmed: “I work a full time job 55 hours a week.
Bedtime is 7:30pm Sunday – Thursday.
“Bedtime is 7:30pm Sunday – Thursday. If I want to go out I can go out on Fridays and Saturdays.”
Rather than give him tips for how to improve on his schedule, people claimed it made them feel ‘lazy’.
One person said: “I’m already tired just looking at the list.”
Another wrote: “I want to believe this list.”
A third commented: “If I had a list I would be all confused LOL why are you mowing the yard twice a week?”
This person thought: “Wow. You’re schedule makes me feel lazy.”
While another asked: “When do you rest.”
Someone else pointed out: “I don’t even do this in a month…. rather make memories with my children then live my life cleanin.”
And another added: “No day off to enjoy all that work?”
