TESCO shoppers have just weeks to spend £17million worth of Clubcard vouchers before they expire at the end of May, the supermarket has warned.
Vouchers are handed out in February, May, August and November and are valid for two years before disappearing from accounts.

The UK’s biggest supermarket issues a voucher worth £1.50 for every 150 points collected.
Today it warned that customers must use vouchers first issued in May 2020 before May 31 2022.
It estimates there are £17million worth of points sitting accounts.
Tesco also reminded shoppers about how to maximise their points.
Customers can use vouchers in-store and online to knock money off their weekly shopping bill or cut the cost of filling up their car with fuel.
However, there is a way to swap vouchers for upto three times the value using the Clubcard app or website.
That means a £10 voucher could be turned into £30 at a number of partners, including Pizza Express or Cineworld.
Customers can check the expiry date of their vouchers using the Tesco website or app.
Alessandra Bellini, Tesco chief customer officer, said: “We know it’s tough right now, which is why we want to show customers all the ways we can help them spend less, and leave them with more money in their pockets – to manage the rising cost of living, or to treat themselves and their loved ones.”
How does Clubcard work?
Vouchers are collected when you shop with the supermarket and can then be used to pay for food, clothes and fuel at Tesco in store or online.
You get one point for every £1 spent – or one point for every £2 on fuel- and 150 points is equivalent to a £1.50 voucher.
Many shoppers choose to spend their coupons with Tesco’s reward partners to get better value for money.
Points are worth up to three times more when you redeem them with one of the supermarket’s partners.
Shoppers also get discounts on selected items when using their Clubcard.
How to find lost points
Any unused ones can be spent instantly online, while you’ll need to print off the vouchers to use them in store.
Alternatively, you can check your points and vouchers and scan them at a Tesco till via the free Clubcard app.
If you’ve misplaced your paper vouchers, you can check these on the app too.
To sign up for “Faster Vouchers” – which means you don’t need to wait for your points statement every three months – log into your Clubcard account.
Then select the button that turns your points into vouchers, which will appear in your account within 24 hours.
You can then use them online or in store.
How to extend points
If you’re worried about how to use up your vouchers before the deadline, there’s a trick to extend them even further.
MoneySavingExpert has previously revealed a trick to extend points that are about to expire.
You can add another two years on to the deadline by making a small purchase on the Tesco Clubcard site with the voucher or vouchers you have.
The remaining balance of the voucher would then be credited back to your Clubcard account as points, reissued with newer expiry dates.
This means that if you spend 50p on a £10 voucher, you’ll get £9.50 as new vouchers.
Earlier this week, Tesco also warned shoppers about how food waste is adding £800 a year to grocery bills.
