SHARON Mitchell gets a shock next week in EastEnders when Denny’s belongings from the boat disaster are returned to her.
Dennis died after Ian locked him below deck to teach him a lesson for bullying his son Bobby Beale in the BBC One soap.
But when a fight broke out between Phil Mitchell and Keanu over his affair with Sharon, the boat veered off course and crashed.
As the boat filled with water, Ian tried to rescue Dennis and eventually managed to drag him out – but the teenager was already dead.
In a twist of events in the aftermath of his death, Dotty Cotton discovered the voicemail message Dennis had left for his mum telling her that Ian had locked him below deck.
And after months of blackmailing Ian, Dotty finally broke and spilled the beans about his part in Denny’s death to Sharon.
But Sharon refused to believe Dotty and threatened her with a smashed glass bottle, before throwing her out of the pub.
Next week’s episodes of EastEnders will see Sharon discover that Denny’s things have been returned from the boat accident.
When she disappears, Bobby steps in behind the bar.
Will the blast from the past prompt Sharon to question whether Dotty might be telling the truth about Ian?

EastEnders have confirmed that actor Adam Woodyatt will be taking a break from his role as Ian later this year and is expected to be off-screen for 10 weeks.
Might his exit have something to do with Sharon discovering his killer secret?
