CELEBRITY SAS: Who Dares Wins is famously the toughest TV show in the schedules – as Matt Hancock found out.
The ex-Health Secretary’s birthday fell during filming and he was presented with a cake which seemed like a touching gesture – until it got jammed in his face.

An insider explained: “Matt thought he was getting a birthday treat when he and the other stars were invited out of their barracks.
“But he should probably have figured out the show’s staff aren’t the sort of people to deliver acts of kindness and baked goods.
“Before long Matt was wearing the cake. It’s fair to say he got a very tough ride on the show, as viewers are about to find out.”
The Sun has contacted a rep for the show.
The latest series was filmed late last year, when Matt turned 44.
Of course, Matt is used to getting messy on TV now.
He was first slammed for jumping into reality TV from politics last when he appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
He was voted to take part in the most trials and was forced to eat a sheep’s vagina.
After taking on the position of Health Secretary in 2018, his ambitions didn’t stop there.
In 2019 he announced that he was going to stand to become the leader of the Conservative Party.
However, this dream was short-lived and after finishing sixth in the first round of voting, he withdrew from the race.
Boris Johnson became PM shortly after and Matt retained his position as Health Secretary.
In 2021 it was revealed he had breached coronavirus social distancing restrictions with Gina Coladangelo – an adviser in the Department of Health and Social Care.
In an exclusive, The Sun revealed that Hancock was having an affair with Gina Coladangelo after CCTV images shown Hancock kissing and embracing her in his Whitehall office.
At the time of the affair he was married to married with three kids to Martha Hoyer Millar, an osteopath.
As the pressure mounted up, Matt resigned from his position just a day later on June, 26 2021.
