MIKEL ARTETA appears to be quite the motivator when it comes to managing his Arsenal team.
The Spaniard has plenty of inspiration for his players on the walls at both the Emirates and the club’s London Colney training base.

A sneak peek at Amazon Prime’s All or Nothing: Arsenal was released yesterday, which gave an inside look at the Gunners’ dressing room.
At one point it shows Arteta delivering a rousing speech to his team with pictures of wolves displayed on a screen behind him.
And the decision to use wolves to motivate his players appears to be a nod to the great Arsene Wenger.
The Frenchman is claimed to have once drawn a wolf on the board in the dressing room and telling his players to act like the hungry pack animals in a match his side went on to win.
Fans on social media have been quick to praise Arteta for his management and motivational tactics in the teaser trailer.
One wrote: “Arteta is an outstanding leader! They’re the insights I’m itching to see & hear. They’ll be clear to see if you watch & listen carefully to everything he says, particularly with the hindsight of knowing what was going on!”
Meanwhile another said: “Love this, Arteta is bringing back the past to this great football club.”
But that’s not where the motivation ends.
Arsenal also have a Game of Thrones “Winter Is Coming” reference adorning the wall at London Colney.
In a YouTube video of new signing Matt Turner’s first day at the club, the American goalkeeper spots the writing and says: “I like that, I love Game of Thrones.”
There are framed pictures of past Arsenal heroes all over at the club’s HQ in order to motivate the current crop of stars to one day make it onto the walls.

Current boss Arteta is one of those immortalised after he led the Gunners to consecutive FA Cup triumphs in 2014 and 2015 as skipper.
Players also use gym sessions for extra motivation, with Edu explaining to Turner that the first-team, academy and women’s team often all use the gym at the same time for added inspiration.
And just to add to the will to win, the words “Everything Matters” are splayed across the wall inside the gym in huge writing.
Although Arsenal failed in their bid to finish in the top four last season, Arteta will be hoping the countless tactics used to help motivate the players will be rewarded in the next campaign.
