For less than $26, TikTok user Aubrey Saavage shared her list of Aldi must-haves, including:
- S’mores chewy bars
- Shredded colbyjack cheese
- Feta cheese
- Two cans of sweet corn
- Two cans of black beans
- Two cartons of eggs
- Loaf of sourdough bread
- Six tomatoes
- Three bell peppers
- A bag of limes
“Eating healthy does not have to be expensive, especially if you shop at Aldi,” the shopper concluded in her video.
Fans in the video’s comments were impressed and many said they’d be copying her list in order to save money.
“That’s a lot of food for 26 bucks,” one commenter wrote.
Another response reads: “All of that for $26?!?! Man…. at Whole Foods a plastic cup and some ice will cost you $26.”
Another seasoned Aldi shopper discovered that shopping on certain days can get you better deals.
To find the best deals, all you’ll need is your phone, the shopper demonstrated in a recent video.
Specifically, you can download the Aldi app and head over to the weekly ads section.
Then you’ll want to enter your zip code and find the nearest Aldi to you.
Once you click on the store, you’ll want to then click on the weekly add and scroll to the bottom.
There, it will show you when Aldi Finds starts in a blue bar.
Aldi describes this promotion as “limited-time, specialty products ranging from unique foods and home goods to unexpected items like gardening essentials and pet accessories.”
Another frugal shopper found that she could spend just $41 at Aldi and get a week’s worth of groceries for her family of three.
Aldi also uses product labels to indicate certain deals, and The Sun explained which colors you should keep an eye out for.
