ARSENAL have received a boost in their pursuit of Youri Tielemans after the Leicester midfielder declared he is open to depart the King Power Stadium.
The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the East Midlands with his contract to expire in 2023.

A switch to the Emirates has been mooted, with SunSport exclusively revealing last month how the Gunners were in pole position to sign him.
It has been claimed that the North London outfit could secure the Belgian’s services in a potential £25million deal.
And Arsenal are believed to be “convinced” that they can snap up the ex-Monaco ace with boss Mikel Arteta a huge admirer.
Tielemans has been tight-lipped over his future, but he has now for the first time stated he is considering his options.
Speaking in Belgium’s pre-match press conference ahead of their Nations League clash against Poland, Tielemans was asked whether he could leave Leicester.
To which he said: “That is not out of the question. But I can also stay. I feel very good at Leicester.
“I was welcomed with open arms from day one. I give everything for the club until the last day.
“But of course you have to listen to other opportunities, you have to look at your career, and sometimes you have to make choices. Maybe one will come my way.
“You need to stay calm. I’m good where I am. I still have a year left on my contract. I’m not in a rush.
“When you change clubs, you don’t change just to change. You change because there is a great project on the table.
“For a player, the most important thing is to play.
“It’ll be up to me to make the right decision regarding my future this summer, but now, I’m relaxed and focusing on the Red Devils.”
Tielemans featured in a whopping 50 games in all competitions for the Foxes during the 2021-22 season – chipping in with seven goals and five assists.
