“Unsuccessful Boohoo Haul for Evening Wear as a Plus-Size Shopper: My Return Story”

A PLUS size fashion fan has shared a disappointing Boohoo haul, where everything fit so badly it all needed to be sent back.

She said: “Boohoo formal/evening plus size try on haul I ended up returning them all but I might order the size down in the last one!”

Kiri said she has some formal events coming up so was looking to find some dresses. 

She said: “A lot of formal events this spring summer, so help me find an outfit.”

First the fashion fan tried on Boohoo’s Plus floral ruffle wrap dress which is £25.

She said: “The first load of stuff I’m trying out is from Boohoo. We’re not off to a very good start. I love the colour, I love the pattern, and the material is quite nice too.”

Kiri said the dress smelt like it had already been worn. 

“But it smells like somebody else has worn it. Smells like BO and I’m, not sure the wrap is entirely appropriate, to be honest.”

“Way too short, so. Shame, because I do like the sleeves, I like the colour, but this is a definite no.”

Next Kiri tried on the Boohoo Plus textured chiffon midi skater dress in red which is selling for £30.

She said: “I like the colour, I like the fit, but it’s a bit meh. I don’t really like what’s going on up here, and I need not to wear a bra with it, so I think this is a no for me.”

Next Kiri tried the plus premium lace peplum skater dress in black, selling for £50. 

The lace dress is available in white and blue.

Kiri said: “Definitely the best so far.”

“I think this is really nice, quite classy. But I do have something a bit similar in red, so not sure whether I’ll be keeping it, but it fits really nice.”

Last Kiri tried the Boohoo plus pleated plunge ruffle detail maxi dress which is £28. 

The fashion fan confessed: “I do really like this one.”

“The material is lovely, I love the colour, but unfortunately I think it’s a bit too big, and I think the size down would probably sit a bit nicer on me. But yeah, this one is lovely.”

Kiri’s video gained over 29,000 views and followers implore her to keep the Boohoo lace skater dress.
