Who won MasterChef: The Professionals in 2019?
Stu Deeley won the competition last year.
Hailing from Birmingham, the chef is now working on an at home menu in light of the pandemic affecting the food industry.
He works for the Michel-starred Simpsons restaurant and has a passion for cooking Asian flavours and dishes.

While there is no cash prize for winning the show, chefs have gone on to have even more success in the cooking world.
What time is MasterChef: The Professionals on TV tonight?
MasterChef: The Professionals continues tonight (November 11) at 9pm on BBC.
The show made the switch from BBC Two to BBC One this year in light of high ratings during the last series.
Episodes will air everyday Tuesday to Thursday until the final.
