The trailer for season seven of Selling Sunset has landed and it seems as though the LA gang are being pitted against their OC counterparts.
The Netflix series is set to be released on November 3, with tensions at boiling point between the cast, including Chrishell Stause, Nicole Young, Emma Hernan, Mary Fitzgerald, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani and Amanza Smith.
However, if there wasn’t enough in the Oppenheim office, the Selling the OC gang arrive to stir things up even more.
‘The gloves are probably going to come off,’ Chrishell teases at the beginning of the footage, and it doesn’t take long for the strain to become apparent as the Sunset team are called out at an awkward dinner.
‘You guys have gotten a little bit complacent,’ the bosses state during an evening with both offices. ‘The agents in OC work their asses off.’

As stress levels rise, Gio Helou teases: ‘I just hope the OC office don’t end up subsidizing this new LA office.’
Aside from real estate, there is also personal drama throughout the teaser as Chrishell admits that she’s struggling to establish her new bond with Jason Oppenheim – after they split in 2021.
‘I’m really trying to figure out this balance of work and social settings,’ she tells Mary Fitzgerald, who replies: ‘You know how Jason is. If he loves somebody, he loves them forever.’
The pair have since moved on, with the former actress now married to musician G Flip, while the businessman was dating Marie-Lou Nurk during filming, before they went their separate ways in May.

Things come to a head when Chrishell has a sit-down meeting with Marie-Lou to set the record straight.
‘I just feel like maybe there’s feelings left…,’ the model says in a scene filmed before the split.
Having none of it, the Netflix icon fumes: ‘I’m losing brain cells on this conversation,’ before storming out, leaving her co-star sitting awkwardly.
Thankfully, we don’t have to wait long to see how that drama unfolds, with new episodes dropping at the beginning of November.
