The TV personality told fans she thought she had caught something, but was determined to get better for Saturday.
Today, she looked back to her usual self as she posted a video after getting herself back to work.
Shirley said, “Good morning, everybody. So I’m back at work today and I wanted to thank everybody for their wonderful messages yesterday.
“And you also said to try some Manuka honey and water and that seemed to do the trick. So I’ve got my Manuka honey here, got my water and my lemon. I’ll be having that all day today.

“Feeling a lot brighter this morning. So again, thank you for your messages.”
Last week’s Strictly was pre-recorded as the celebs met their pro partners for the first time.
Zara McDermott bagged favourite Graziano Di Prima and Bobby Brazier partnered with Dianne Buswell.
In fact, some eagle-eyed Strictly fans ‘worked out’ which couple will win this year’s show after spotting ‘clue’ during the pairings.
Writing on Reddit, one penned: “Bobby has everything to win this year. He’s the most talked-about celebrity, and his video with Dianne has the most views on Instagram.”
While another added: “Dianne has a big social media fan base thanks to Joe Sugg. Most YouTube comments in videos are always about Dianne.”
This week will see the stars dance for the first time in front of a live audience and the judges – Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley.
