During an episode in February of the DIY series – which sees Stacey, 33, help to transform homes – she was slammed by fans when she made the decision to move a family’s pet rabbits out of the conservatory to an outside hutch.
After the show aired, the BBC was hit with more than 1,500 complaints over “animal cruelty”.
But following an official review, it has been reported by the BBC that the complaints are “not being upheld”, and therefore the show was not guilty of cruelty to animals.
This will be a welcome relief to Stacey and the team, who aim to make homes a more happier place for families.

Meanwhile, earlier this month it was revealed that Sort Your Life out WILL be returning for a third series.
The popular BBC show put out a call to arms on its Instagram channel asking for applicants for its third series.
It read: “SORT YOUR LIFE OUT is looking for families to take part in a brand-new series!
“If your home is in desperate need of a declutter, or you need help streamlining your space with savvy storage solutions, then apply now via the link in our bio. Tag anyone you know that needs Stacey’s help!”
During each episode, Stacey and her team of experts invite the contributors along to the show’s huge warehouse where they sift through boxes of their stuff and decide what to do with it.
The overall aim is to reduce the clutter in family homes making them nicer, more comfortable places to live.
After season two ended, Stacey revealed that she was “gutted” that the show was over for another series.
