After struggling to conceive, in season one they decide to adopt, facing new challenges as they embark on a journey to become parents.
In the final episode of season two, which came out on Friday July 2, Nikki and Jason attend the wedding for their friends, Karen (Sian Brooke) and Scott (Darren Boyd).
The nuptials don’t come without their complications, while elsewhere, Nikki and Jason have to make a huge decision that could change the course of their lives forever.
While some people may not have had a chance to catch up on the finale yet, those who have already watched it have been singing its praises, leaving spoiler-free hints about the tear-jerking conclusion.
