‘The Suicide Squad’ brings big Starro statue to Leicester Sq.

The movie’s director, James Gunn, took to Twitter to repost a video displaying an unlimited construction newly erected in Leicester Sq. yesterday (July 27) forward of the movie’s premiere.

Starro is the principle antagonist within the forthcoming movie, having first originated within the comics as a Justice League villain.
Explaining his choice to carry Starro again, Gunn lately instructed ComicBook: “Nicely I simply, I wished a serious DC villain that may be a main DC villain that folks wouldn’t anticipate to be in a film.
“And I’ve all the time cherished Starro. I imply, as a child, I discovered Starro fully terrifying.
