The GMB journalist is taking on the Vienesse Waltz with Giovanni Pernice this weekend, and as a result, is being literally spun around the rehearsal room to get the number right.
In a preview clip aired on Strictly: It Takes Two last night, Ranvir admitted she was left feeling a bit queasy as a result of the high pressure training.
‘I just feel quite dizzy,’ she told the cameras.
‘Even now, I feel like the room is still moving a little bit. I panic because I’m desperate to remember the next thing.’
Even Giovanna admitted that the routine was ‘quite complicated’ and that he was slowing things down in order to help her.

The pair have become fan favourites on the show, impressive with their loved-up routines spurring on rumours that they are dating.
Piers Morgan hasn’t been able to resist a dig or two at his co-stars expense, causing Giovanni to throw his hat in the ring to pair up with him as a same-sex couple next year and ‘destroy him’ on the dancefloor.
We’d kind of love to see how that would turn out, if we’re honest!

But Ranvir has shut down the insinuation, and said there is nothing going on between them – even if he is caught serenading her while on air and telling her he loves her.
Speaking to Prima about the Strictly experience, Ranvir said: ‘Strictly is a bit like childbirth.
‘You really want it, and you talk to loads of people who’ve done it before and they tell you it’s painful, but it’s all worth it. Then you go into “labour” and you realise it’s horrific!
‘You’re in the throes of actual pain and you have to push this dance out at the end of the week.
‘You can’t turn around and go back; you have to keep going!
‘But when you get to the end, there’s this beautiful dance and everybody’s happy. You cry, there’s blood, you sweat… I’m not even joking, it’s actually like childbirth!’
Strictly Come Dancing airs Saturday at 7.25pm on BBC One.
