Mrs Hinch was sent ‘twisted, spiteful’ messages about her son Ronnie that caused ‘tears, stress and sleepless nights’

MRS HINCH has spoken out about the anxiety she suffers as a result of nasty online trolls, but it’s not just her look and lifestyle they pick apart but her 17-month-old son Ronnie, too.
The abuse and torment has been so bad, according to the 30-year-old cleaning guru, that it’s caused “tears, stress and sleepless nights,” and she’s even on antidepressants to help her cope.

Sophie — who became best friends with telly presenter Stacey Solomon, 31, after the Loose Women star reached out last summer when they both had young babies — details her turmoil in This Is Me, her bestselling memoir about the life behind the Instagram star.
While she aims to keep her Instagram an uplifting place, the mum-of one opens up in the memoir about the often troubling reality behind the scenes.
In it, she describes “the dark and completely devastating” side to becoming Insta-famous, which has caused her “so many tears, stress and sleepless nights”.
And not even her young tot Ronnie is off limits, with Sophie powerfully writing: “They attack the way he looks, criticise his development and all sorts of other twisted, spiteful things I can’t even bring myself to repeat.

“I will never ever understand people picking on a tiny, defenceless baby.”
She says she has been pushed to the limit by relentless internet bullies, who attack her looks and lifestyle, picking apart everything she posts.
She details the daily deluge of abusive messages to her inbox and the sustained hate campaigns on trashing forums that exist “only to ridicule, torment and abuse”.
And while she suffers with anxiety daily using cleaning as a way to cope, she reached breaking point around last Christmas when she had a crippling panic attack.

Seeking help, her GP prescribed her antidepressants which helps her “keep things on more of an even keel”, but still feels it most days.
Aside from sharing cleaning tips and tricks with her massive Instagram following, the Essex-based mum regularly shares update about her family, including Ronnie and her husband Jaimie, 42.
The pair met eight years ago while working at the same London-based recruitment company and married in August 2018.
Jamie gave up work last year as Sophie’s influencing career took off, and has been her “rock” throughout her turbulent rise to fame.

In the book, she writes: “He’s a brilliant emotional support for me. He is my wingman in what has become an absolute machine and I need him now more than ever.”
Sophie also credits Jamie’s love with helping her overcome some of the body anxieties that have plagued her since a teenager – with trolls taking aim at “fat Soph” also.
Despite some hate, though, many fans have claimed the inspiring cleaning content from Mrs Hinch has “changed” their “lives” and worked wonders for their own mental health.
Sophie revealed that she didn’t go looking for online fame and only created the Mrs Hinch Home account to avoid “clogging up my personal Instagram and boring everyone with home pictures”.

Sophie and husband Jamie welcomed little Ronnie into the world on June 2019, after the cleaning guru suffered complications during the pregnancy.
She was forced to cancel her first book tour after being rushed to hospital over mystery illness in April.
Then on June 19, 2019 she announced on social media that she’s given birth to her son called Ronnie James George Hinchcliffe.
Sharing the happy news at the time with her 2.7 million Instagram followers, the star’s husband Jamie, wrote: “Yesterday, the 20th June 2019, at 4:11am, I watched my wife, the love of my life, bring our beautiful son Ronnie James George Hinchcliffe into the world, weighing 6lbs 1oz.
“I didn’t think I could love Soph any more than I already do but I was so very wrong. For once, I am completely lost for words.”
Last year she opened up about how cruel trolling “absolutely kills her” after Ronnie was targeted once again.
And Mrs Hinch took to Instagram in tears after trolls targeted Ronnie, with one labelling him “ugly as f***”.
Plus the cleaning guru previously quit social media after “needing a break.”
