Notorious PR mogul Max Clifford will take centre stage in a new true crime film exposing the depths of his behaviour.
In 2014, Clifford was jailed for indecent assaults against underage girls and young women, after 20 years of manipulation and abuse.
The one-off documentary will interview some of his victims who came forward and helped secure his conviction in the police sting known as Operation Yewtree.
In candid and honest conversations, the survivors will talk about what made them come forward, and how they dealt with the fallout as Clifford’s crimes were finally exposed.
It’ll also feature unearthed recordings of the influential publicist during his career – as he helped celebrities, millionaires and politicians with their public image.
Announced as part of Channel 4’s upcoming slate, it is expected the documentary will air early next year.

Peter Beard, Executive Producer, Story Films, said of the project: ‘This film will give a unique view of a man who dominated the British media for decades.
‘It’s only now, hearing first-hand testimony from his victims and the audio recordings we have of him, that we’re able to understand the depth of his secrets and lies.’
Sacha Mirzoeff, Head of Channel 4 Bristol and Factual Commissioner, added: ‘With skilful storytelling and strong testimony from a variety of friends, colleagues and victims [the film will] reveal and unravel the mind of the convicted sex offender who was one of the most powerful and complex public figures of his generation – full of contradiction, self-importance and myth-making.
‘This extraordinary feature length single film uncovers the true consequences of his actions.’
