LITTLE Mix’s Jade Thirlwall shared rare loved-up pics with boyfriend Jordan Stephens to celebrate his birthday.

Devoted Jordan, who shot to fame in pop due Rizzle Kicks, turned 30 years old on Tuesday.

Jade previously revealed that her musician boyfriend had helped to transform her life for the better.

She said he helped her to learn how to overcome her crippling anxiety since they started going out in 2020.

Jade explained: “Something that Jordan taught me, whenever I’m feeling anxious or my self-saboteur is coming out, Jordan is always like, ‘Just think of Little Jade, and look at what you’ve achieved.”

Jade from South Shields, added: “That’s always stuck with me.

“I have words of affirmation in my bedroom and one of them says, ‘Little Jade is really proud of you’.

“Any time I feel like s**t that really gets me through.”

On how Jordan changed her perceptions, Jade added: “I feel like you read every self-help book, you have therapy, you speak to people but sometimes you forget about yourself.

“You forget that there was a little version of yourself and if they were watching what you’ve done with your life now they would be like, ‘Oh my gosh, I never thought I could achieve this’.”

Jade previously revealed she had turned to therapy in a bid to overcome her nerves on stage with bandmates Leigh Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards.

Jordan recently said he was a Little Mix fan way before the couple got together.

During an Instagram Live, he said of Jade: “What a wonderful woman. I’ll tell you guys what my favourite is from them – it’s controversial. I’m a big fan of the second album, Salute.”
