Line of Duty fans were shocked to see a literal ‘H’ behind Steve Arnott last night
So many were shocked to see a literal ‘H’ appearing on the show when the AC-12 detective turned up in Steph Corbett’s kitchen.
Some viewers insisted the suburban home was packed with Hs, like a clue package from The Masked Singer, with the letter appearing twice in the tiles and on the white board.
One fan gasped: “There was a H in Steph Corbett’s Kitchen tile. Is this a clue?”
Another asked: “Anyone else noticed Steph Corbett’s kitchen tiles pattern?… H is everywhere.”
Fans spotted ‘H’s in the tiles – and on Steph Corbett’s magnetic letter board
The wife of slain undercover cop John Corbett looked stunned to see Arnott at her door
Steve came round in a huff – but the pair soon ended up in bed together
But a third pleaded: “Stop it! We’ve gone too far. The final ‘H’ is not going to be identified by a kitchen tile.”
Meanwhile, Ted Hastings was under pressure to drop the hunt for the criminal mastermind – by his own bosses.
But urged to stop fighting “old battles” by DCC Wise, he replied: “The name’s Hastings ma’am, I’m the epitome of an old battle.”
Steph Corbett – the widow of Stephen Graham’s character in the last series – has made an unexpected appearance this time round too.
Last night’s episode saw Ted Hastings coming under pressure to stop investigating ‘H’
However, the dogged old investigator politely refused to back down
And last night she wound up in bed with Steve, with the pair opening up to each other – a move that has never worked out for AC-12’s top loverman before.
