GABBY Thomas grows closer to Jamie Tate next week in Emmerdale as she comforts him at The Hide. 

The wayward teenager – who is played by Rosie Bentham in the ITV soap – started working there after her twisted plot to split up her former boss Leyla and boyfriend Liam saw her lose her job at Take A Vow. 

Gabby gets closer to Jamie as she comforts him

Emmerdale viewers know that Gabby spent months trying to tear Liam and Leyla apart in the soap after she became obsessed with the wedding planner. 

But the teenager took things a step too far when she let Leyla believe that Liam had taken advantage of her in recent episodes. 

When Gabby set the record straight and cleared Liam’s name, Leyla was furious and fired her on the spot. 

Andrea tells Jamie he can have Millie on New Year’s Day as long as Kim isn’t around

Next week’s episodes of Emmerdale will see Andrea tell Jamie he can have Millie on New Year’s Day if he makes sure Kim isn’t around. 

Kim is left raging by Andrea’s words and vows to see her granddaughter. 

Later, viewers will see Jamie struggle to break the news of cuts to his staff at The Hide, but Gabby is quick to comfort him.

Jamie is quickly distracted, however, when Millie goes missing under his and Dawn’s supervision.

Viewers will remember that Jamie stood up for Gabby in recent episodes when Liam’s daughter Leanna started giving her trouble at her new job in an attempt to get revenge for Gabby’s lies. 

Viewers watched Jamie save the day when Leanne acted as Gabby’s customer and started causing a scene at The Hide.
