HARRY Potter are in turmoil as rumours have swirled that that Emma Watson is retiring from acting.
Watson’s agent told The Daily Mail that the 30-year-old star has gone “dormant”, with the publication interpreting the remark as she has decided to call it quits.

Shocked fans have flooded with tributes to the actress, as one penned: “I actually cannot believe Emma Watson is retiring…it’s devestating! However, I fully respect her choice and hope to see her do amazing things, whatever she chooses :)”
Another yelled: “EMMA WATSON IS RETIRING WHAT DONT TALK TO ME PLEASE.”
While a third fan added: “proud of you thanks for everything you do, you’re amazing.”
“Emma Watson has given us some of the most iconic roles,” wrote one Twitter user. “I’m wishing her all the best for the future. she deserves this.”

Emma starred in the Harry Potter franchise as Hermoine Granger from start to finish.
The character became very popular among fans due to her quick wit, deft recall, and expert knowledge to lend a hand in some very sticky situations.
Some of the actor’s other great works include playing the titular character’s adopted daughter in the biblical epic Noah, which won a BAFTA, and Belle in the 2017 musical romantic fantasy Beauty and the Beast, one of the highest-grossing films of all time.
Her latest role on the big screen came in Little Women in 2019, portraying the role of Margaret “Meg” March.

Earlier this month, Watson sparks engagement rumours by sporting a band on her ring finger.
The ring was visible as the Harry Potter actress said goodbye to tycoon boyfriend Leo Robinton, 31.
Emma has been with Leo since 2019 — and the wheels don’t look like coming off any time soon.
They were seen in London’s Primrose Hill in November last year.
