Kids Have Massively Changed Vogue Williams’ Sex Life, Says Spencer

THE nights of passion are dwindling for Vogue Williams as husband Spencer Matthews lets the kids climb into bed.

Vogue says: “We’ve been married for four years and we’re not doing it every night, I don’t think anyone has time for that. But we still do have that spark.

“We are mad about each other and still really fancy each other. We get on really well but we’re like any couple. We all have our moments.

“We made a pact to each other that we were going to go on one holiday a year for three days, just on our own. We were meant to do it this month but now I have loads of work so we are not doing it.”

Former Made In Chelsea star Spencer, 34, lets Theo, four, Gigi, two, and Otto, ten months, sleep in Mum and Dad’s bed.

Vogue, 37, says: “I’ve been away touring and Spenny keeps bringing the kids into the bed.

“I said to him, ‘Have them in one night as a treat but then they will have to be in their own beds’. But he did not listen, so now we are having trouble getting them out of our bed. Winston the dog gets in too!

“Spencer’s the easier parent, whereas I’m more strict. I’m a routine person so the kids are always in a routine with me.”

Vogue says the couple do still make special moments at home together, including when Spencer cooks.

“We do steak nights on Mondays,” she says.

“I’d rather he cooked and I cleaned because he’s a better cook.

“We don’t leave notes around the house for each other. I would love to be that couple. We just get out Henry the Hoover. We try to go out for dinners but we go running together and do stuff like that, which is just us on our own.

“And then at night we get into bed and watch a film. We love each other’s company. We spend a lot of time together. I’m so smug when I’m in bed at 7.30.

“I used to go out until 5am all the time but now, I couldn’t think of anything worse. I’d never last.”

The couple have their own podcast, Spencer & Vogue, and she fronts another, called My Therapist Ghosted Me, with pal Joanne McNally.

The two women have become so popular they are currently touring the UK with sold-out shows.

And with so much going on, it is no surprise Vogue is not sure about having more kids. She says: “I wouldn’t ever have two more children. I don’t even know if I’ll have one more.

“I haven’t made my mind up. When I see other people’s babies, I think, ‘Oh they’re so cute’.

“But we are in a really good spot with the three of them.

“Otto is getting to a stage where he is in his routine. When we first had him I found it really hard. But we have settled into a routine.”

Her top tip for raising children is using earplugs at night and reducing screen time, which makes her kids “wild after watching it”.

But she admits she would not be able to do it without a nanny, and says people should take the clean and tidy homes they often see on Instagram “with a pinch of salt because it’s not real”.

She says: “We have a lovely nanny who has been with us for a few years and she’s part of the family.

“I don’t want people to think I’m going out and doing my job and working out and just leaving my kids at home on their own.

“We get amazing help and then I can go off and work. I couldn’t do it without her.

“This is the great thing about my job. I will always do the morning drop-off and morning stuff and then I’m always around in the evening and at bath time.

“I’m lucky I get to spend so much time with them.

“I have an obsession with washing and I love my dishwasher. Even when we go on holiday, I could do four washes a day because I end up doing everyone’s.

“I love it.

“There’s so much washing with kids, it’s insane.

“You look on Instagram and you see how clean people’s houses are.

“But I know when I sometimes do posts I’m doing it in the corner of my house and I know it’s clean and then there is just s*** everywhere else.

“You’re not seeing everyone’s full life, that’s why you have to take social media with a pinch of salt.”

One habit she does stick to is bathing the kids every night.

But even that can be hard going, with Vogue comparing it to doing a spin class.

The former model measures her energy output using an Oura smart ring.

Vogue has become obsessed with it — and it drives Spencer mad.

The ring, favoured by famous folk including Prince Harry, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian, costs £255 and tracks sleep, heart rate and all physical activity.

Vogue says: “My brother, Alex, doesn’t bathe his kids every day. Some of my friends do that too, but we bathe ours every day.

“Loads of my friends think I’m crazy bathing them every night but it switches the mood in the house.

“They know it’s coming and then you get half an hour just chilling out beside the bath which is great.

“But sometimes I check the activity on my Oura ring after you’ve done a bath and it’s like you’ve done a spin class.”

She adds: “Spencer is actually better with no sleep, whereas I just love getting it.

“I check my Oura ring all the time in the morning. Me and my sister Amber, who lives with us, are always comparing notes. It’s obsessive.

“It’s my favourite thing to talk about but me and my sister have to do it in silence because Spencer hates hearing about it.”
