Great British Bake Off’s Jairzeno has encouraged viewers to apply for the 2022 series in his exit letter.
The 51-year-old contestant became the second casualty of the tent after being eliminated from the competition by judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood in biscuit week.
But Jairzeno’s ‘mistakes’ haven’t dampened his spirit and has called on fellow amateur bakers to take up the ‘unforgettable experience’.
‘If you are thinking about applying for the GBBO please just do it,’ he implored.
‘You will have a once in your lifetime unforgettable experience. You will challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and you will grow and learn from yourself and from all the other passionate bakers that you will form friendships with.
‘Mistakes will always happen, I laughed at mine and you will laugh at yours too.
‘Do it, apply for series 13.’
Jairzeno signed off his letter: ‘Good luck. All the best.’
On Tuesday night’s programme judges Paul and Prue put the bakers to the test with jammie dodgers, brandy snaps, one heck of a showstopper – making 3D biscuit models of working childhood toys.

The contestants delivered windmills, a toy plane, a boat, a pool table and a rocking horse which sadly fell to bits moments before the end of the challenge.
It was Juergen though who had another impressive week and was awarded the coveted star baker title for a second time running.
The contestants will certainly be put through their paces next Tuesday as they take on bread.
A teaser has revealed that they’ll be tasked with making focaccia in the signature and milk brad’s in the showstopper.
Great British Bake Off airs Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4.
