A WOMAN who struggled with hair loss for 10 years has revealed the three ingredient hair mask that got her locks looking thick and healthy again.
Keerthana Kethies shared her DIY hair oil mask recipe via a video posted to her TikTok channel, @keethanakethies.

“I’ve been struggling with hair loss for the past 10 years, and this hair oil has changed my life”, she said.
Keerthana revealed that to stop her locks from shedding she mixed 10% rosemary oil, with 60% jojoba oil, 15% sweet almond oil and 15% black seed oil.
She said that she applied the hair mask twice a week, left it on overnight and then washes it off in the morning.
Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair growth and improve the thickness of hair.
It is also super cheap, and can be purchased from Boots for as little as £6.
Similarly, jojoba oil stimulates circulation in the scalp, nourishing and strengthening this hair follicles to grow.

Sweet almond oil is high in Vitamin A, which is important for encouraging cell growth and could aid hair growth.

Black seed oil has been proven to promote hair growth in areas of the scalp with thinning hair.

In another video, Keerthana added that she also uses bhringraj powder to keep her hair looking healthy.
As well as promoting hair growth, this powder can help to prevent dandruff and even combat greying.

Keerantha’s video has clearly left many impressed, as it has racked up over 68,000 views on the video sharing platform.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts on the hair loss treatment.
