A YOUNG woman has revealed that people are convinced she has had a tonne of Botox on her crows feet, but in fact, it’s all down to her easy face fitness routine.
Valeriia Veksler explained that rather than having injections in her face to smooth out her wrinkles, she swears by her free massage technique.

So if you want to get rid of your crows feet, you’ll need to pay attention to her simple, yet effective tutorial.
Sharing her tips on social media, Valeriia advised: “Follow these exercises daily for 30 seconds each.”
She then said: “When people ask me how I got rid of wrinkles around my eyes, a lot of them think I got Botox.
“Like many people, I was prone to wrinkles around my eyes every time I smiled.

“I tried using eye creams with “magical ingredients”, applied patches, but none of them worked.
“Seven years ago, I had no idea what face fitness was and as an ex-cosmetic nurse, I thought that crows feet can only be fixed through Botox injections.
“But I didn’t want to keep getting it every three to four months for my whole life.
“Only after studying face fitness techniques, completing all the courses, I realised how to tackle crows feet through face fitness easily.
“My whole face has transformed after doing face fitness daily and wrinkles around my eyes are no longer with me.”
Throughout the short video, Valeriia demonstrated the massage techniques she swears by.
One technique involved using the palm of her hand to lift up the corner of her eye, whilst another saw the beauty fan use both hands to pull the skin around each eye in opposite directions.
Not only this, but she also used a gua sha around the corner of her eye and then followed this by simply placing both hands on her forehead and gently pulling the skin in an upwards motion.
Valeriia’s TikTok clip, which was shared under the username @valeriiaveksler just five days ago, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed a staggering 58,600 views.
One person said: “So awesome.”
Another added: “Been doing face massage for the past 6 months now because of your videos!”
A third asked: “When should I start face massage? When I wake up or right before bed?”
To this, Valeriia confirmed: “Morning time is the best.”
Whilst someone else questioned: “How long [does] it take to see results?”

In response, Valeriia explained: “It really depends from person to person. I usually say at least 21 days.”
