A 37-YEAR-OLD has revealed her secrets to wrinkle-free skin.

Sharing her skincare advice on social media, Nadine claimed: “I know you’ll see a difference when you try these skincare hacks.”
She then said: “Botox is so overrated and here’s how you’re gonna naturally reduce and prevent the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, like I do, because I just turned 37 two days ago, and I have not touched Botox, filler, any type of cosmetic procedure, because I don’t want to and my body probably can’t handle it.
“I’ve done so much detoxing and healing after getting exposed to toxic levels of black mould.
“I wanted to figure out all the natural skincare remedies, all the natural skincare hacks, and now I’m sharing it with you guys.
“So the first thing you wanna do is up your fruit intake.”
Nadine explained why it’s important to consume a lot of fruit and vegetables, as well as supplements.
She added: “They’re so hydrating for your skin, it’s so healing for your skin, and it gives you a lot of nutrients and vitamins that your skin needs.
“Bananas are amazing. Other liver loving foods include wild blueberries, dragon fruit, any type of berries, green leafy vegetables, asparagus, melons like watermelon, cantaloupe.
“What I love about bananas is it’s so good and great for your skin that it also doubles as a natural Botox technique.
“My top supplements are Lysine, MSM, which has done really great things for not only my skin, but my nails are stronger, my hair is really growing, I have way more baby hairs in the front of my face.
“Vitamin C is key. You put on your face, so make sure to consume it too. I love this one.
“Curcumin with turmeric – it’s anti-inflammatory.
“Also take zinc, nettle and lemon balm.”
Nadine then revealed her 18p hack, as she continued: “The best hack that I would say is banana peel scrub.
“So literally, once you finish that banana, just take it and rub it on your face, it’s natural Botox.
“So many people have talked about how it helped them so much throughout the years.”
Not only this, but Nadine also revealed the other measures she takes to ensure her skin glows.
She advised: “Make sure to red light and also do microcurrent – this is a natural facelift to improve collagen production.
“Jlo’s facialist who invented the Jlo Glow told me to start doing this years ago.
“It’s gonna pay off in the long run, especially with maintaining that lift in your skin.”
